@capjack2000: NJ sportsbooks have to use two-factor authentication beginning Wednesday. The regulation allows for accounts to be exempt for 14 days from subsequent 2FA logins if using the same device, but I suspect most books will keep it on every login.Yes, I expect other states to copy.
